All sales of digital products (such as downloadable software, design assets, templates, or eBooks) are final. Once a product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded except as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: If a product or service is unusable due to technical issues originating from our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of notice.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product or service multiple times.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If a service was not rendered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no reasonable alternative or extension has been provided.

3. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for:

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Subscription-based services can be cancelled at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial use. For monthly or annual subscriptions, auto-renewal can be turned off at any time from your account dashboard.
5. Custom Services and Projects
For custom digital services (such as custom software development, digital marketing, or content creation), refunds are not offered once work has commenced. In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if a project is terminated early under mutual agreement.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund and may be barred from future purchases or service access.
